Elevator was broken we had to use stairs and it smelled like marijuana everywhere

it still needs fixings, my room the wall the bed was at has two metal things if not careful you can cut yourself get an infection

In fairness, I was given a full refund but the manager made it clear she didnt care about Google reviews, so.... here goes. Booked for two nights. On arrival the first room I was given had no working A/C and I had to wait 2hrs to be moved to a new room. It did however have a fridge so I went to buy food while I waited. The second room, had no fridge so I had to but my food I just purchased on ice in the sink! No microwave, no clean towels. Bedding stunk of cigars, I had to strip the bed and never did get clean sheets. The laundry room had working washers, but 2 out the 3 driers didn't work so had to get my money back. There were no signs saying out of order. The place is advertised as having breakfast, there wasnt even coffee. I was almost talked down too when I asked where the coffee was, while standing next to the area clearly marked, coffee area. At this point I cancelled the second night, and was given a refund. The staff are point blank rude, the manager especially. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Clean and comfortable.

Staff was abrupt and not friendly/hospitable. I reported that a dressing mirror was cracked and not much of a response nor replacement offered.

Nothing at all , it was a horrible stay I got bitten by bed bugs in room. Will never return again .
