location is Ok.

building is old and too much cost just to go and sleep. Coffee is the worst

The staff refused to accept online reservations from booking.com even with the reservation paid & accepted with room booked ,& reservation completed by booking.com. Proper ID for the secondary client listed on the actual reservation was supplied to the hotel staff. The paid company for the reservation was booking.com.b There is no deposit for incidentals & there is no need to run the card & double charge the client. The hotel staff was rude, obnoxious & had no reason to create undue stress to the clientele. The reaction from the hotel staff was inappropriate, offensive with their behavior.. This resulted in additional Lyft charges, embarrassment ftor a My6 long time subscription for reduced rates in addition a long time booking.com client accounts.

The attitude & subsequent inappropriate behavior attributing to additional Lyft charges & travel time with luggage to a different Motel 6 location. After staying the Weekend at the Motel 6 on Scottsdale Rd. & Hancock without incident. The same results at the Motel 6 in Tempe on Broadway.

second time I get a room there still clean good amenities WiFi everything perfect.

Bathroom was clogged. No comforter. Noticeable stain on the bed sheets.
