La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Downtown Asheville

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for accessing the attractions and activities I had planned in Asheville. The room was spacious, and the front desk staff provided outstanding service. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

First, the complimentary breakfast was quite limited, particularly considering the low number of guests at the hotel. Even the fruit selection was insufficient, which made the breakfast experience less satisfying than expected. Second, and more importantly, I returned to my room one evening to find that it had not been cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was informed that housekeeping was provided upon request. This was unexpected, as I had never encountered this policy before, and I had assumed room cleaning was included in the rate. I believe this policy should be clearly communicated to guests at check-in. Finally, I was concerned about the organization of the housekeeping and breakfast services. The same staff appeared to be responsible for both room cleaning and kitchen duties. Additionally, one employee was attending to a child while working, which seemed to affect the level of attention provided to guests. I understand that personal circumstances can arise, but the hotel should ensure that staffing and operational arrangements do not compromise service quality.

I liked everything about the property. Hotel was completely remodeled. Felt 4 star. Staff was friendly. Cleaned our room every day. Great breakfast

Absolutely nothing wrong

We enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet of the room. We opted to dine in with our "traveling lunch" items and were so comfortable that we slept in and missed breakfast. The cost was reasonable considering the surrounding area costs, and the location was just 10 minutes (if that) from the location of the sports clinic we were attending.

While i liked that the hotel furnished the shampoo and conditioner for our use, the quality of the product can certainly be improved upon. It did the job, but just seemed minimal in quality at best. Water pressure and heat for shower was very good.

Breakfast was nice, the facility was clean

The tv and telephone did not work, the workout room and the hot tub were not available. The hot tub was the reason I booked this place instead of one of your competitors
