The breakfast was good but could have used some fresh fruit

It said it slept 5 for the suite and it only had a pull out sofa and a king size bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Nice Bathroom with a great shower, beds were comfortable. The Breakfast was wonderful, nice selection and plenty for anyone. I also liked the free coffee at check in. My favorite part was the morning staff - Jamie! Jamie is such a pleasant and positive person to meet early in the morning and the perfect last impression when leaving this hotel.

Most of staff I met, outside of Jamie, were not very customer oriented, and in fact, a room cleaner I came across in the hallway was on the unfriendly side. We were the first at 6am for Breakfast and the carpeted floor was a mess, not just old stains, but food on floor around tables. I would have rated hotel a 10 if day staff were just a bit more interested and kind, and if the dining room floor was not messy.

Rooms were super.clean Breakfast was ok did miss omelet and cheese though. The location was ok Loved complementary cookies and coffee very unique

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were very nice and welcoming.

Had to use the pool in the hotel next door because theirs was closed, breakfast was not great, worker did t keep stuff stocked and was rude and on her phone through ear phones the whole time.

The staff was very accommodating and professional… You should be proud of these people

Everything was great! I did not have the breakfast, but coffee was good!

The bathroom wasn't clean and the tub drain was clogged. We asked the front desk, the housekeeper and texted a request to fix the clogged drain with no response or action.

It was convenient to the HighMark Stadium, The beds were comfortable.

The property was a little old, bathroom was in need of some repair, needs repainted, wall was chipped up, we had a dirty washcloth still sitting on the tub when we arrived.

Check in was very slow. We had to wait about 1 hour after 3:00 for a room. I know you were busy but; You may need more staff. Breakfast was very minimum compared to our stays prior. The hotel needs a bir of a renovation to bring it up to better standards.. I was disappointed that there was NO Hot Tub.

Comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was the usual “help yourself” and was well stocked. Quieter than most being next to the highway. Slept well!

The pillows on the bed. They were extremely uncomfortable. They were like pillows you'd use on a couch. They were way too small and lacked any firmness. I was told the pool and hot tub were closed and it seems like every time I stay here, the pool and spa are closed. The price should be lower without having the pool and spa available. They should also make customers aware that the pool area is closed on the website. The website said available amenities, "Pool and Spa".
