I like the location because it was close to the airport with us having a late arrival.

They didn’t have a shuttle available to pick us up from the airport and it had a funny smell.

Convenient location to get to work. The size and comfort of the room was great. The hotel is very clean! There is a gym with working treadmills!

The weight machine in the gym is broken and the space could be better utilized with free weights…just a suggestion. I was happy with the fact that your treadmills worked, some hotels don’t even have that.

This is a very nice hotel , recently renovated, smelled clean , rooms were clean and very nice size , had a table and a couch in the king room , had a very nice stay

Cleanliness

Noises upstairs due to construction, making it hard to sleep. Why is construction done early in the morning when people are sleeping? The air conditioning system made so much noise and couldn't turn it off without the room becoming hot.

Right next to the hotel. Great hotel for early flights. Could hear the planes take off somewhat but not as bad as I thought it would be. Would stay again because it is close to the hotel and clean.

The lobby & breakfast eating areas have been remodeled & sign says currently renovations being done,so far so good. Location was great getting onto/off I-10, and for heading into New Orleans wasn’t a bad commute.

The rooms (stayed on 4th floor) haven’t been renovated. Smells moldy when entering & also when AC runs, carpets in hallways & rooms need to be replaced dingy/old, furniture in room needs to be replaced & updated. The roll up shade’s definitely need replacing. Bathroom toilet sits way too low, needs updating along with the popcorn ceilings, needs double sinks. The door on the bathroom was stained on the inside looks like came out of a dumpster, cause the handle didn’t fit the door. Lobby staff had to come up & replace the batteries in the keyless entry door, cause card quit working & wouldn’t let us in. They don’t have bedside clocks, phone was very old, had to put on speaker to talk on it, wouldn’t work with just the handset. All the lampshades were dirty & old. Paid too much for a 10 day stay, when hotel wasn’t the best.Had to ask for clean towels about everyday, housekeeping only came in twice.
