The room was huge. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent with a few change ups each day. Dock was a perfect place to sit and relax and possibly catch a nice sunset. And, Harbor Springs is a wonderful small town with a great vibe. Some very good bars and restaurants and cute shops.
Air conditioning was a noisy window unit. Tub was tall and a bit hard to step in and out of for a shower. Our room was probably the only room in the place with no pleasant view (we booked at the last minute…so, our fault). No evening food. And, it is a bit far from town for a senior couple to walk…plenty of parking in town though.

It is the most beautiful scenery in all of Harbor Springs. Labor Day weekend was very quiet. All the rooms were full, but you never saw anybody except in the morning at the beautiful breakfast bar that is available every morning.

Breakfast was eggs and bacon and or breakfast sausage which is great. However the first morning were there it was cold. No sterno under pans.
The rooms were clean but very worn looking, and this the area was exceptionally beautiful the Inn did not offer much of a view.
