It was dirty and gross

The lady at the front desk was the same person on the phone who gave us over the top customer service! The entire staff was fantastic.

wasn’t really a clean room, was burns on the furniture from someone who smoked. and the floor was dirty in the bathroom , and food crumbs underneath the soft chair cushions

The room was spacious and a decent price

The hot tub is out of service, the bed was hard like plywood and the blankets were dirty. The staff gave attitude when we asked for new towels.

Staff were friendly. Prime location. Room was large.

The room did not smell fresh, there was a used bar of soap on the tub, the table was sticky and the chair had a chunky substance which means it probably wasn't properly cleaned. We travel with clorox wipes and lysol spray so we wiped and sprayed everything down. We were only there one night so dealt with it. Paying more attention to those things during cleaning would improve the experience.
