Very attentative staff

Handicapped shower needs anti-skid strips on shower floor. Surface is too smooth and it would be too easy to fall for a handicapped person.

Great manager and breakfast! Made us feel like we were home.

Excellent location. Close enough to restaurants and ski attractions , yet in a quiet area of town.

The cleanliness of my room amenities in the bathroom

I spent $200 dollars for a nice quiet evening with my fiancee but unfortunately I was in a room next to the most obnoxious couple who kept me up most of the night with their screaming banging and cursing all night... we thought someone was going to be killed it was that bad...I called the front desk and explained my concerns for the safety of my fiancee and me as well as the other hotel guest staying on our floor....I was told that I wasn't the only one to complain about the loud noise...my fiancee wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette and I told her no bc I was afraid of what might happen to her if she went out....to many things are happening to innocent people and I didn't want my fiancee to be a innocent bystander bc the hotel didn't do there job

Very spacious room.

Our room didn't have any toilet paper in it anywhere. We had to ask the front desk for some even though that seems like something that should very well be in the room already.

This place is undergoing some remodeling which is fine. However the whole place was dirty, there was cement being tracked in by the workers and not cleaned. The rooms were never done. The AC unit was extremely loud. The pool is used for kids lessons and was so gross we could not go in.

I would like to commend the staff for their kindness and helpfulness. Especially Eric who was responsible for the breakfast: he was cheerful, helpful and offered wonderful service with a smile.
