It would be helpful to have more towel bars in the bathroom so that the towels will dry between uses.

Very good - very attentive staff in breakfast area.

We asked for handicap shower - had tub with a chair...this does not help when climbing over the edge of the tub is the problem.

The location was great for visiting the Kentucky Horse Park. The beds were very comfortable.

The rooms are extremely noisy. I could hear everything going on in both rooms next to me. The pool was closed for maintenance.

The rooms smelled musty, I think the air conditioners are old. They said it was from the humidity but it wasn’t humid outside. The indoor dining area tables were dirty. No outdoor seating or benches. Our room was never given fresh towels we had to go ask for them. The outdoor pool was closed we picked this hotel based on the outdoor pool and at the time of booking didn’t note that it was closed

Grab bag really

It serves no breakfast, they have a grab bag how corny is that

Easy check in, clean room,great staff. Fred , our attendant for breakfast was so attentive & great at his job.

Pool & hot tub were advertised- even pictures marketing it’s availability…When checking in, we were told pool closed related to maintenance…… the darn pool hasn’t been opened all season. So, we were told an untruth. It needs to be taken off as a filter. I purposely plugged in pool as an amenity & it wasn’t available. I would have chosen a different place, so it’s misleading. As a company, you need to take it off as an amenity.

Television had very little selection of channels compared to most Fairfield Inns I have stayed at. Disappointed in that.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was very nice and the bed was extra comfy. The gentleman serving breakfast was so kind and social. We enjoyed talking to him.
