A hotel like this should not be in your booking list.

very convenient for gem and mineral show

rarely ended up with enough towels in room although front desk happy to supply them

Bed was comfy. Reasonably priced. Easy access to the freeway.

Door didn't lock. There was still trash from the last guest. The heat didn't work very well.

Needs new bankets, pillows and towels. TV remote volume and power not working. Breakfast included but coffee tasted water and only mini muffins were served.

The location was good and the room itself was nice. There was a Waffle House right next door with really nice staff.

The soundproofing was totally lacking. We had a tv play ALL NIGHT LONG next door that was very annoying through the wall, and a child arrived late at night and talked loudly outside and in the room on the other side. The white noise of the AC did help, but not enough. The "breakfast included" was only coffee (NO tea) and mini-muffins or a couple kinds of dry cereal.

The bed had mold, the toilet backed up, the housekeeping staff refused to bring towels or pillowcases.

The location for what we wanted to do. The checking in was nice. She was friendly.

Our first room ac wasn't hooked up then only worked for a lil. Our 2nd room we moved into had no tv remote or signal. We had to figure it out and we did. There also was no bath soap or shampoo or bath mat.

Upon returning to the room, my key didn't work. Ok it happens. Then when I walked in, my blankets were piled in a corner. There were no sheets, no pillow cases, no towels. Room was left completely bare and undone. I called the office and they got house keeping to come and finish the bed. When she went to leave I had to stop her and ask about towels. She informed me that they didn't have any and would try to bring them later. I called the office and was told the same thing. About 15 minutes later, the same lady returned with a single set of towels and walked in and just dumped them on the Bed and left. In addition the light in the toilet and shower area did not work at all and did not get fixed. Absolutely horrible experience and service. I often stay in Tucson for work and will never stay there again.
