The whole experience was great!!!! One of the best things was the breakfast. You offered a great selection and everything was great. Will definitely be back!!!! Loved the deck overlooking the River.

Bed was super comfortable. The sound of the River was relaxing and made everything so enjoyable. It’s about a 3-5 min walk from the better part of the strip but it’s not bad

stained beds,bath towels,super dirty microwave and shower floor also dirty bed never made during the whole stay and management came out with some rules of cleaning I never heard before in another hotels.overall won’t recommend this property at all after our bad experience.

Cleaning isn’t detailed, I found hair on the pillows and in the shower, multiple stains on the sofa bed which made it seem as if that mattress has not been changed for years. No water anywhere in the hotel not in the breakfast area or the vending machine. My fridge door was broken and sitting to the side where it could have easily fallen on my two year old daughter.

The sheets on the bed were gross. They looked dirty and it made us question our choice about the room. The lady behind the desk stayed on her cellphone while customers were checking in.. I had to ask for clean sheets for our bed.

The room size and TV was big. The breakfast was great.

The staff was really friendly and accomidating. The breakfast was good, with an ok amount of opptions (the automatic pancake maker was amazing). The location was very close to all attractions, it was within walking distance of the 'Parkway' which contained a vairitey of shops, restaurnauts and attractions. It was also an extremly good vaule.

I had to take stars off because the room though a great size felt VERY UNCLEAN. There was a fold-away bed happazardly set off to the side, like the previous occupents requested it but the staff didnt remove it. The futon was broken, felt dirty to the touch and even had an empty cheeto package shoved within the cushions . The carpet was also unvacumed, had debry on it. --The uncleanliness was. off putting and quite disapointing. I feel as though the housekeeping staff needs to pay ALOT better attetion to details.
