it sounded like a party was going on every night. Shady people in the parking lot. The door didn’t close properly. Broken windows.

the location was the only positive, it happened to be along my travel route.

the room smelled stale. the tray under the ice bucket had cigarette burns on it along with an empty coffee serving that I did not use. the pipes for the water were pretty bad as well. none of that even comes close to the way the manager treated me with such disdain, accusing me of smoking marijuana from the time I walked I. the door until he finished checking my room - at my request - before I checked out, even though he had no proof of anything that he kept pressing. I will sleep in my car before I ever stay at this facility again.

no breakfast....only coffee...ice machine was not working.....

I loved how the location was close to stores and anywhere we wanted to get to.

The room was dirty. It had mold, and mildew. The carpet was ripped badly. Gnats coming out of the sink. The toilet does not flush and the ceiling was caving in.

The location was easily accessible.

Noted multiple areas being redone but has stop work order on window. Wifi password did not work. Was charged $50 over expected cost, said it was a deposit to be refunded later. Room inspected prior being able to leave.

the customer service I received was very good.

the entire night I laid in bed I could feel bugs crawling around me and when I woke up I had two dead bugs on the bed.

There was nothing at all to like. The CSR was a man that was rude and very inconsiderate. Showed the first room was just filthy and smelled of mildew. After showing me this mess he ask for a $50 deposit and then got irate telling me not to take any photos. This place is dilapidated and should be condemned. If this place is to be renovated then closed it down until it is worthy of displaying the Wyndham name, because this is a sham & a shame!

What I really didn't like was being charged outrageous price for a fleabag motel like this being passed of as a classy hotel like the Wyndham. What I did not appreciate at all was being shown a 2nd room that was so filthy it was food containers still left inside the refrigerator and another bowl of food in a container in the microwaveand germ infestation lurking. Then being told not to take any photos of this raggedy place while standing in the lobby and you have charged all this to my credit card! Then the CSR has the audacity say I'm not a customer! I only wished I had taken photos of these hideous looking rooms he was trying stick me with. Anyone knows that if the lobby & the grounds look this bad you can pretty much be assured the rooms are going to be bad but this is just outrageous.

Lack of water pressure

I booked this room because I was having neck surgery and my kids and husband needed a place to stay. The price was great and location was perfect. Only 5 min from the hospital and I liked that.

The pool wasn't available. It was filled and looked amazing but the clerk said it wasnt open. Also for some reason had trouble with my debit card and had to drive and find an atm at midnight to withdraw the money to pay for room. Maybe check into putting an atm machine in your lobby for this reason.
