The Pool and hot tub were out of service even though we called and said it was good.

It wasn't very clean if there was anywhere else may have asked for refund

Hard bed

We were not impressed with to go options for breakfast. The back entrance nearest our room did not lock. No key card was required to enter that part of the build. It felt unsafe. There was a used condom on the sidewalk when we arrived and still there when we left. Ewww! The bed had a pillow top mattress added to it and it was not very comfortable. Bed sat very high due to the added padding. The air conditioning was not turned on in the room and it was very humid in there until it cooled off a bit. The humidity made the flooring feel damp and it did not smell very nice. I found hair in the bathtub from a previous guest.

Carpet stain and smell. Carpets need to be removed.

The location..it was close to family that we were visiting with on our stay

The staff wasn't pleasant..The pool was not working and was one of reasons chose this hotel..Hot water None when trying to atleast get showers!!!!had to call down to staff they were like this happens all the time nothing we can do about it but the maintenance people will be in later tonight..Well people take showers in the morning to start their day ..No elevator to get our stuff up to room for our stay

The Staff, same front desk lady at check in & @ check out, was 100% perfect. Housekeeping when we arrived was amazing. They got us into our room early as we had driven 7 hrs for a wedding & had to get ready for family pictures.

I would have given this hotel all good reviews except there was a couple of bed bugs on our bed and a big one on our bathroom wall. But I didn’t see these until the next morning. I was told the manager would be in shortly & give me a call but she never called me back.

I liked the stay the room was big. The beds were comfortable. The location was nice right off the highway. The staff were friendly.

It advertised a pool and hot tub however when we checked in both were closed.
