Hot tub was nice enough, fireplaces were nice.

Laughably overpriced-- this is a Marriott hotel, and it is not luxurious. The insincere staff seemed constantly confused and couldn't answer simple questions like "where is a convenience store or market," and refused to refund us for a night because I fell ill and had to leave a day early in order to avoid the huge winter storm and risk being snowed in while sick. They rudely repeated "you committed to this," and acted exactly like the garbage people I'd expect to be working at a faux high-end Marriott. They claim to be ski in/ski out, which is a lie. We had to take a shuttle to any lift we wanted to use, and often waited 30+ minutes more than quoted. The shower and bathtub leaked, everything in the cottage was outdated, and of course, the bed was deeply uncomfortable. Absolute trash breakfast at the RUTH'S CHRIS STEAKHOUSE attached to the hotel. That detail alone was a huge red flag when we arrived. Overall, 5k for 3 nights of crap service and amenities.

Loved the location. It was quiet when we arrived. The room was clean, spacious. Loved the robes, multiple shower heads, kitchenette, and patio.

The bed was awful. Pillows and sheets were great. The mattress was so soft you sunk in so low just sitting on it. I can't imagine anyone can sleep like that. Our heads and necks literally kinked without a pillow even. Get new mattresses.

Amazing staff and customer service. Clean and well-kept hotel grounds.

We were right on the golf course and the view was amazing. Very relaxing and quiet.

It was hot in our room at night and the air conditioning took a long time to get the temperature down. We tried to phone the front desk multiple times to ask about the air in our room but were never able to get ahold of anyone. Additionally, the sheets felt rough and starchy.

bathroom was awesome. beautiful room:) very spacious.

bed wasn’t very comfortable. pillows were flat. floor was very creaky. noise from both sides was loud.
