There was a dirty sock on the floor in the room when we got there. The shower was falling apart and we saw a roach in the shower.

Airco and wifi worked

Bed wasn't cleaned, had stains. Got upgraded to a better room: same problem, bed was made but had stains so housekeeping probably doesnt put clean sheets on every time a guest checks out and the bed still looks sort of clean. New room also had a folded towel...with stains.

wasn’t as clean, bathrooms - shower wasn’t clean, we used a towel to stand on in shower. toilet seat doesn’t stay up, it’s too close to wall the counter pushes the seat down.

Breakfast was not good

The guest above our room were really noisy and did not quite down even after several calls to the front desk

Reception was friendly and easy access to freeway.

Maid service not concerned about cleanliness. we found a q-tip on the floor of the closet. also upon arrival (3pm) there were bags of trash in the hallway and when we left the next day (11am) they were still there. room was really small.

The ladies at work at the front desk were very friendly and helpful except for one.

When I 1st got there to check in there's a lady that was very rude and unfriendly, I talked to a couple that checked in they told me the same thing she was very rude, I'd myself think she doesn't like her job that's why she's the way she is, I found out her name it was Adriana. She called me on the phone while I was at work and she was rude on the phone as well wouldn't listen what I have to say about payment. I'm a 3rd party safety manager at travels all over the country for Johnson and Johnson I spent one month in that hotel and I have another month to ago but I decided to move out to another hotel. We had 3 days of rolling blackouts I believe her name is Leticia very good person She reset my TV thank you!
