WorldMark Windsor

This facility is comfortable, ample, and has everything needed for a "home-away-from-home" experience. The kitchen is well stocked and the individual balcony barbecues are a huge plus, compared to most "condo-like" facilities. The pool and jacuzzis were very pleasant and well maintained and parking was adjacent and included in the price. The facility is very convenient for wine tasting and farm visits, with easy proximity to Healdsburg for a night out. Everything was immaculate. Recommend a second or third floor location for more privacy.

Initially we were told that only first floor rooms were available, despite my having asked for an upper floor when I made the reservation. After seeing the first floor room, (which was just off the parking lot and very hot), I returned to the office to seek an alternate location. Ultimately, the staff was able to situate us in a second floor room, which was lovely. I appreciated the extra help of the staff in eventually getting us into a better environment for our stay.
