Clean and updated look

The towels were stained and they did not provide enough for my family.

The room was infiltrated with a lot of ladybugs. We had to change rooms and that room had ladybugs. I aate breakfast and approximately 30 minutes later I had stomach pains and ended up spending Christmas eve and beyond in the hospital. The hotel management staff stated they would take off one night of room charges for all the inconvenience but, later stated they did not know how to do the transaction because the General manager was not there at time of checkout. They failed to reach out to me since that date.

They could have told us about the infestation of ladybugs upon on our arrival to premises.

Comfortable bed

Plumbing issues in shower, plugged sink due to lack of cleaning filter

The location was good.

The room did not have a microwave and the house keeping service was not very good. There are no soap holders in the shower so you have to hold your soap the whole time.

Located in a very quiet place, set back from busy traffic.

Very nice room friendly staff.

We stayed at this property twice on our trip. Room 512 had slow draining sink and room 411 had a plugged up toilet.

Modern decor, window treatments where nice.

Unprofessional desk employees on their phone. One couldn’t be bothered to communicate.
