Wifi dead zone. Very dissatisfied with not having wifi on my phone whole visit . staff did not help me to successfully get it

Room was nice and very close to shopping and the boardwalk. Loved the pool area.

I thought it was over priced for an off-season stay. Also charged me $200 just IN CASE I would use room service! But then I was credited that at the end of my stay. However, of course they already have my credit card on file at check-in when I paid for my room. No where did I see this charge ahead of time until check in. 

Excellent staff, great location, modern facility.

Needs a larger sign to ID the building.

Good location and a good restaurant within the hotel.

Had a few housekeeping issues. But I talked about it with the Manager Alli and she was incredibly understanding and took note of everything I made her aware of.

Elevator very slow

Room was clean, and place was renovated nicely. Cleaning staff was excellent, location was great.

Room was not ready for 90 minutes after the designated time of check in. At 8am for two of the three days there was construction work directly overtop our room! Loud drills, hammering. Whoever scheduled this was an idiot. The TV didnt work for 2 days of the 3 that we were there. Not worth the premium cost/night.

The hotel is brand new and only 2 blocks from the beach. Guests can also dine at the restaurant, and the food is very good. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

The cleaning staff is not well trained yet. With a little more time, I am sure they will be top notch. Also, the hotel, which as 60 rooms, only has one elevator.

Was told there was a continental style breakfast at 7 but went down and there was nothing. No big deal just wish I knew because my son gets up early I would have brought some quick things to hold him over till the restaurant at 8.

Nothing! The staff I encountered from the moment I got there to the moment I left was fantastic. Noa and Malaysia at the front desk to be exact. The cleaning staff were exceptional and friendly. Anytime we saw them in the hall they asked if we needed anything, were kind to my son (it was his first hotel stay!) i especially loved the fact you needed your key yo get into everything. Made me feel safe as my husband wasn’t able to travel with us this time.
