My room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The whirlpool tub was nice. And when I realized I had left toothbrush and toothpaste behind, the hotel had some for me. The staff were also very nice and helpful. I would consider staying here again.

The grounds were unkept and dirty. The initial presentation is one of neglect. The room had an odd smell when first entered. The lighting is poor. The USB ports in the room are outdated enough to be nonfunctional for current hardware needs. The hot tub was nonfunctional. That should have been noted on the website or reservation site since it is one of the reasons I chose the hotel in the first place. The breakfast was ordinary, all carbs and no functional proteins. The coffee urn was empty when I got there and was not refilled while I was there for breakfast. Admittedly these are all minor and preferential but they add up to a real sense of mediocrity rather than the pursuit of excellence I have encountered at other Americinn facilities in Northeast MN.

The toilet wasn’t bolted down and work move when you sat on it. And parking was difficult with all of the trailers taking 4-14 spots

Breakfast inadequate with food choices. Facility was run down and needs updating. No hand soap available and poor excuse why none available.

General appearance inside and out, needs upgrade.
