The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great lighting in the bathroom.

It took quite a while for the AC to cool down the room. There was a large gap between the door and frame which was concerning since the door opened to the exterior.

Facilities were beautiful. Staff was great. Location was perfect.

Both key cards that we were given at check in did not work. Fortunately, a maintenance worker called it in and after about a 10 minute wait outside of our room, someone brought us new cards to use. In addition, the remote to our TV did not work. It would turn on and off but you could not change the channels. Again maintenance came and had to reboot the TV and then it began working again. All these were minor inconveniences but when you are paying these kind of prices for a room, you don't expect to have these minor issues.
