How nice the staff was... I had an amazing time, I will be booking with this hotel again...food was awesome even the lady at the bar had everyone crunk... Very friendly...
I would have liked to see more of a selection on breakfast, and the discount code did not work it still was 40

Excellent location in New Orleans Downtown.
Booking.com said that the Hotel included free parking, but at end I had to pay $80.00 for two days of parking. Booking.com has no the information about the parking updates.

Location was great close to main street bourbon street..city river was great..pool was great.
Bar lady was rude not there ( she went out to collect a pizza should have put a note on the bar(back in 10 minutes)) charged my card 5 times for parking should have only been 2 had to wait for 3 off them to drop off very inconvenient.

The breakfast wasn't that good to me, I couldn't drink the coffee was watered down and to be very honored the place was not cleaned.better cleaned a
The location was great, but for the price, the hotel could been, the ice maker wasn't on the #4 but on #7 floor, some one needs to check on the property more often, I had to change room because of roaches in the room.
