I requested a ground floor but was told I had to have 2nd floor when we went to our room, it was stale smelling and the sink was propped up with 2 boards The bathroom wasn't clean, behind the door was dried toilet paper against the wall like the toilet overflowed and they didn't get it cleaned up On the bed there were throw pillows with large OYO on them. I googled it and found out it meant it was a sex frienship partner motel, meaning you meet people there . And during the night someone was tapping on the wall by our headboard which is a sign to answer back if you want to meet up. My granddaughter is 15 she freaked out. when you check In if you signed up through OYO they give you a special remote to use GOOGLE ABOUT OYO AND KEEP FAMILIES FROM THIS AND ALL HOTELS WHO ARE CONNECTED TO THIS, I WAS SO EMBARRASSED 😳 I want a refund but don't know how to get it I will never contact this company Also gnats flying around inside I get cup coffee couldn't drink it because gnat would get in it picture is under outside title

Dry cereal. Eggs if enough people staying for him to fix eggs. Gravy and biscuits. No fresh fruit.Waffle maker didn’t work.

Breakfast was okay. Location good.

No ice bucket or cups. Only two lounge chairs by pool. Pool not clear. Room smelled like smoke. TV didn't work.

Good location. Nice look of complex. Lady sweeping on 2nd floor nice and helpful.

*Bed linens/pillows had stains on them. Requested new sheets. New sheets had stains on them too. *Dirty bathroom. Paint/wall peeling was taped up. Take had king dark hair stuck to it. Hair in shower on soap dispenser, and sniff sink. Faucet dirty, dirt and debris on floor near wall. *Pool was cloudy and had many bugs. *TV did not work. Played for a couple seconds, then screen went back and forth between black and purple. *Went to office to get ice. Manager took our ice bucket to fill with bagged ice by grabbing side, putting fingers inside our ice bag. *Received email the day before our stay asking us to rate the place since we stayed. Messaged that our stay was upcoming. Reply received to please clarify my concern and explain what I was trying to say. *Needs a serious deep clean and new linens before I’d stay again.

The staff was great. The man who managed the breakfast area was on site and did a great job. The cleaning staff was also great. The breakfast was better than most in Branson.

They need room darkening curtains. The blinds let in much light from the bright security lights.
