The property was in a great location. The lobby facilities were clean upon arrival. Pool was decent.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. My daughter coughed all night long. We called down front to ask for a blanket for around an hour 1/2, no one ever answered, there was also no one at the desk. When we woke up the next morning we smelled cigarette smoke very loudly, it was definitely a neighbor of ours. I informed the staff when we checked out the next morning, they didn’t seem to mind.

Loved the spaces in the king bedroom

Didn’t like the road noise. Next time I will ask for the other side of the hotel

The ease of check in, the friendliness of staff, the room was comfortable and clean, noise level to a minimum, location was very accommodating, restaurants and shopping were close by, easy access to interstates.

I didn't get to stay long enough to thoroughly enjoy the area.

We had a lot of noise because we were in a room above the pool. Very noisy. There is no option on the phone for Front Desk! The TV guide doesn't show you what shows are on what channel, it's just channels and you have to go through each one to see what's on. Very frustrating.

Rooms were well designed, not the typical box as with the cookie cutter competitors. The plus was a real breakfast.
