Great location for exploring the Hamptons / Long Island (east) Room was clean and comfortable, I would have prefered a view of the dock, not the car park, but it was booked last minute and they did have a couple of weddings on.Free car parking a bonus, Breakfast was adequate.
Joe in reception was a star, arranging taxi's and transfers. He came across as a thoroughly nice Guy, always with a smile and happy to help.
All good for a short stay, no facility for evening meals, although we dined out every night.

When you need to be in the Riverhead area this is the place. Large room, nice view over the docks, ease of parking, wonderful breakfast and attentive staff.
Only complaint was the Air Conditioner- couldn’t regulate the fan and that made it noisy

Clean and comfortable. Staff was great
We had no heat at first only freezing cold air was coming out of the heater. Someone came a replaced the unit and the other one was broken as well sounded like a bomb was going to explode. No heat in the bathroom. And the remote to the TV didn’t work. Had to call the front desk several time to get things done. Super inconvenient.
