We loved the breakfast. It was more than we expected. We loved how the guests conversed with everybody. Like a big family. We loved how clean everything was. The front receptionist was very warm and welcoming. We loved being able to park there, Got Lucky because days of the week we were there! This location is a true gem!!!

The grounds were immaculate, tropical and in a great location. The pool was invaluable in the summer heat. - as was the water station & ice machine

Top position in Key West. You can walk basically everywhere. Good breakfast evennif there are only 4 tables.
Unbelievable then in 2026 people's still smoking around the pool and not only tobacco... There aren't any signals to said Not allowed so...
On our room the mattress need to be replaced as looks like a whale slept there before... 350$ x night even during Jimmy Buffet or labor weekend looks like a bit overrsted

This is our second visit. The location is excellent and parking pretty easy.This place has a cozy, Key West vibe which we like. Easy to walk everywhere. Pool was refreshing and clean.
Would have preferred a King bedroom - the rooms are needing a refresh, there was a palmetto bug in our room. Front staff was not friendly and helpful, like we've had in the past. The rest of the staff, friendly - but spoke very little English. The hot water was out much of the time were were there - bummer. The breakfast could have been done just a little better.
