Breakfast was bountiful, and varied. High quality. Friendly Staff.

The breakfast was great and plentiful. The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. The housekeepers, the staff at the desk and the lovely ladies cooking the amazing breakfasts are all amazing.

1. No fault of the staff on-site, the key card kept malfunctioning and had to be reprogrammed multiple times, eventually the desk staff replaced them and it worked without issue. 2. The hot tub was one of the top reasons we booked this room here, it was down half the time. The staff worked diligently to fix the chemical issue and they eventually got it figured out.

Rooms are very spacious lots of parking pool and jacuzzi was great love that there’s vending machines and breakfast was also an amazing touch

Dark lighting in bathroom. Bad urine smell around toilet area.

I booked a room here for my mother. Our home has stairs and she is disabled and needs an easy entry room and bathroom. This meets all those requirements! And my mom visited during the hottest days of the year and the room was nice and comfortable.

My mom's only complaint was the bed was too tall for her to get in and out of easily.

Breakfast was good; I liked the choices.

Sauna is locked shut. Boo! Room was expensive.

The room was very nice very clean, location was perfect, very easy to find, pool is open 24 hours which is so nice, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and accomodating

The counter staff were friendly

The room was filthy and our room was only made up once and even then they did not replace towels. Nor did they clean the bathroom. The tub drained very slow. The carpet with filthy and had a wet dog smell.
