Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington - Hamburg I-75

Friendliness and comfort

There was some dust around coffee making station. And no cups. Also ran out of body wash.

Access to pool and gym was nice

The beds were uncomfortable but over all great time!

The staff were nice and helpful, especially at breakfast. The breakfast was exceptional fo what most hoyels usually are, my whole family really enjoyed it.

One of the beds in the room was broken, and almost caused at least 3 separate injuries. The microwave both overcooked and undercooked popcorn at the same time, and the fridge froze our drinks solid overnight.

Beds were comfortable Breakfast was good

Our bed has ants in it for one! Not a lot, but we seen around 9-10 the 2 days we were there. The pull out couch bed was DISGUSTING & I wouldn’t allow my 9 yr old to sleep on it. The mattress was rotted. Torn holes all throughout. Under the pull out bed was left over socks, a room key to a completely different floor & food left UNDER the mattress! Not to mention our tv to our bedroom did not work! The tv to the living area lounge was working, but the tv where the beds were, was not! Went to service desk NUMEROUS times & was told it couldn’t be fixed & they could not switch us rooms.
