I didn’t get to stay. They gave my room to someone else. Even though I booked the room months in advance.

The staff members are always nice. We have stayed here more than once and we love it every time.

Check in was fast and easy and staff was great! Rooms were big and clean.

I booked this room because it had a hot tub as it’s relaxing to use after working out or a long ski day. The hot tub did not work and wasn’t hot

The desk clerks were very nice and helpful.

The last night of our vacation and day of check out the entire hallway inside the hotel smelled of Marijuana. I reported it to the front desk Saturday Night. She was going to report to manager. Sunday by check out time the smell made its way in our room where my 2 small children were and I along with my 4 year old got sick because of getting a contact buzz from the Marijuana smoke. I reported it again at checkout. She apologized but in my opinion 250 dollar smoking fee doesn't cover my 4 year old getting sick and myself.

bathtub was making creek sounds when take shower. toilet’s door lock was broken.

room too hot when we get in. heater is not working right. heater noise all night. didn’t sleep well.
