I didn’t sleep well because the pillows were awful! If I had known, I would have brought my own!

The location was great. I was within walking distance of the Ball Arena thst I was going to for a concert. The room itself felt very high-end, was super comfortable, and had lots of space. Staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area, giving me great directions to get to the venue. Valet mentioned a pizza spot that I ended up ordering from, which was some of the best pizza I had in a really long time. Every interaction with the staff was beyond pleasant. That's the jewel here. Some places have it. Some don't. This place has it abundantly, and that makes a difference when you're from out of town in unfamiliar territory. A friendly smile and nice interaction was always there, from valet to front desk to housekeeping to breakfast attendants.

The price point. Super expensive. No self-park options, only valet, and that was another high cost. Breakfast was underwhelming. For the hundreds of dollars that I paid for the night, the offering didn't have a lot of different selections. Eggs were obviously powdered and a bit cold, even though I was there right when they opened. However, it was nice that they had something. Not all places offer breakfast as part of the package.

The bed, shower, quiet, and breakfast buffet were phenomenal. But at the price they charge for one stinkin' night in their glorious hotel, it should have come with a free bed companion. And not the kind you gotta inflate. A real one. Plus the entrance is located way in the back, not the main road, and the sidewalks are covered in goose crap. Yes, real crap. From geese.

The price. Nothing is worth close to half a grand a night. I only booked it due to its closeness to Ball Arena, for a once-in-a-lifetime concert. And the goose crap all over the place.
