Everyone was so friendly and helpful I came to Augusta GA for surgery we booked a standard room when the manager over heard the desk and I talking he came out and up graded our room to a king suite at no extra charge and put us on the 3rd floor where it was quite now that is service. thanks to everyone again.

Friendly and clean
Lack of parking lack of diet drinks only had one choice. I’d like to see some zeros in there for drinks.
Candy was a little on the high side other snacks were fine

The price and location was convenient. The breakfast was ok.
The air conditioning did not work. It was humid and muggy in the rooms. Couldn't tell if the bathroom was clean so it led me to question the rest of the room. There was long blond hair embedded in the towels, in the tub and in the sink. I could definitely see the spills and sticky surfaces left from the last guest.
