That it was quite and everything was clean

Would have been helpful to have a toilet lid to place clothes on since there's only 1 hook to hang things in bathroom. Also, a sink plug would have been nice for washing coffee pot/cups.

one day i left to go to the international gift show for work and came back late around 930-10 and my room was not cleaned , the bed was not made up and the bathroom had not been cleaned as well with no new towels to take a shower and the garbage had not been removed as well . i went down to the office to at least get towels to take a shower and the office was closed for the night with a note on the door .i have stayed here before , and i also had asked for a bottom floor room when i made the reservation and when i got there they didnt have a bottom floor at all and i had to stay up on the third floor , that did make me mad & dissatisfied as well . there was no compensation about that or nothing to resolve the matter .

The room was spacious with a kitchen

The staff was rude and changed the weekly rate every week

The room is very outdated and looks as if only the downtrodden goes here and the price ridiculous 🙄 then to have to pay a deposit when you arrive for a non smoking room is ridiculous. So if you don't have it likely you will get a smoking room and it smells & looks horrible

Staff is nice

I seen a couple roaches , but it’s kinda expected in a place like this. It wasn’t BAD but it was enough for me.
