Closeness to everything
Nothing. It was great

That it was so close to the beach. Also the fact you didn't have to leave the area. Had food and drinks all in walking distance .
Parking was tight

How close the beach was
I did not like the parking. Parking was the hardest issue because all four of my party had to climb out one side of the vehicle to get out because of the tightness of parking. The floors were coming up like they were not glued down all the way. The shower pressure was almost non existent. The fridge temperature was turned all the way down that one of our can drinks exploded in the middle of the night and blew the fridge door open
