Greeting when I walked in was very good
The room for clean had no problem

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, I was able to do homework at the little desk and there were plenty of channel options to play in the background. Very comfortable.
The AC worked like a champ but like our stay last year the water keeps dripping on the carpet and drying later. This is causing it to smell like mildew. Whenever we got to the room its the first thing you smell walking in. Its not enough to keep you awake at night but definitely noticeable.

The breakfast was good! I was there with my family and we were visitng family in the area, we actually were able to use the "breakfast area" for our "pizza night" and our "chicken night" so we could all be together, rather than being in our room. The front desk lady was amazing both nights and appreciated that we "cleaned up our own mess" afterwards!
we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room the first night (stopped working about 10:30pm) but when I reported it to the front desk, they contacted the maintenance person and they actually installed a brand new one, the second night was awesome1

The breakfast was hot and the quantity was plentiful. Seen the remodeling of the exterior hallways did not win to the overall cleanliness of the hotel but did provide a positive change atmosphere knowing that the hotel was actively keeping up maintenance. The dog areas were very welcoming!
The coffee station could be a chock point as those who are preparing their coffee at the same station. The older key card technology provided to make extremely loud striking noises as doors were shut by their pneumatic arms. Hallway Traffic was heavier than normal along with the loud door strikes did not provide a noiseless, relaxing atmosphere
