The pool is great for family and rooms are nice.
The pool area around the pool needs some safety things implemented the floor is so slick even just walking it's a huge risk. Also the hot tub needs improvement water is gross and very beat up. Also there was someone that lived in hotel and walked around making guest feel uncomfortable in pool area. I also do not like that you can't choose which floor you want because with kids and elderly first floor would be so nice!

I like the location and the swimming pool and waterslide and the breakfast
There was some construction going on, so I got a room that was under construction then the front desk person gave me another wrong room. I ordered a room with a balcony and she didn’t give me one with a balcony.

Room was big, bed was comfortable and location was good.
They messed up on my charges, checked out on the 29th and still havent seen my charges corrected. They owe me 148 dollars. The pool was very cold. My kids didnt swim long due to the temp.
