The room had dried blood on the nightstand and floors

I needed a property that was close to the university of Colorado Hospital for a procedure early in the morning. The room was clean, very uneventful and close to the hospital.

It was old, but my room was clean some renovations in the rooms and bathroom. The outside is Al old and rundown rundown.

Staff was good.

Needs maintenance

The location is perfect, it's right by the interstate and its about a 20-30min. drive to any of the surrounding areas. The bed was comfortable. I had a room with a kitchen which had a stove, a microwave and a full size fridge.

They only offer housekeeping once every 7days. (Although they never showed for me.) I put in 2 requests and they never came. The toilet clogged and it took maintenance over 24 hours to fix it. Also the room was REALLY dirty when I arrived. The floors especially but the outside of the fridge was never wiped down either. The blankets on the bed were upside down, tags at the top, and they charge a pet fee of $25/day for my 5 pound chihuahua. Ehen I removed the bags from the trash cans they were dirty!!! The lighting was awful as well. One more thing...It's a non smoking room but my blanket had cigarette burns!!!
