Hotel Murano

I love the location and lobby atmosphere! The rooms are very nice. Super modern. I stay here often and really like Tacoma downtown!

The suites SHOULD totally come with the breakfast and snacks for the price. We’d LOVE that and were disappointed when we realized we didn’t. We’ve had it with Club Room bookings at much cheaper rates before. Would love if Murano included it with suites.

Helpful and responsive staff. Close and convenient location to work event and variety of meals and entertainment. shower pressure and hot water was excellent.

No dresser drawers. Had to live out of our suitcases for 3 days. Decor sinks and faucets are pretty looking but messy and are not as functional as over-the-sink spouts. Paying an extra $30 / night parking seems a little steep, and not a cost that was advertised up front. $15 is reasonable for parking, which is already reserved for guests and not competing with other vehicle parking. Understand the rate should be different for those not driving a vehicle, but it seems like a parking ticket penalty. The Drugstore vending machine was for show; it did not work. Murano should seek compensation for the space it took up.

Location was very close to my tattoo appointment

The tv didn’t work in the room and I had to fix it myself.

Bar area was great, food was good. Bed was comfortable.

There was no place to unpack and put your clothes away. Hotel looked to be updated and they did an OK job.
