House keeping was poor. when I checked in my room the bed was made and sheets not changed. Bed sheets had many hairs and stains on pillows and sheets from previous tenants. Bugs and flys in room. But bathroom clean

The fact that the pool was open

The towel racks in the bathroom were hanging off the wall. No breakfast offered vending machine is very small and limited

Nice little town

Room was clean and bed was decently comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Only one bar of soap in the whole room. Had to request more soap and shampoo.

The price was great. Way less expensive than any other hotel around thatcher. The room was spacious and fit our needs well.

Pillows and bedding weren't great and we only had a couple towels.

1st room wouldn’t open, receptionist couldn’t open it either. Door handle was too hot to touch at 5pm , it’s only April. 2nd room- large but very bare, king sized bed, 2 bedside tables, table & 2 chairs, freestanding fridge with microwave on top. Only 3 small lumpy pillows, synthetic sheets which hardly fitted. Looks like red wine stains but hate to think…No coffee maker, tissues or toiletries except soap. Later, on closer inspection bedside tables were dirty and sticky, when wiped the tissue was brown. Hairs on vanity worktop, bathroom floor and bath which looked like suds had been left. Shower curtain was dirty. Basin taps dirty. Ugh! Towel rail missing. Bedside light didn’t work. Tiny, rough bath towels, After dinner & too late to complain. No guide facility with TV remote. Having stayed in 8 motels in the last 2 weeks we know how good they can be, this is beyond awful. Previous night’s was $30 cheaper and 100% better.
