Quality Suites Temple I-35

Price was ok

Ice machine was broken and always were hot

Convenient for a one night stay.

Air conditioning not very good.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was good. When we had to request something from the front desk, they were very nice.

What we didn't like was that when they cleaned the toilet paper was not filled. The 1st day they replaced the finished toilet paper with another used one so by that night we had to request another roll of toilet paper. We had 4 ladies staying for 3 nights, that was one of our issues. The other was that in one of the drawers where the spare blanket was, we noticed a dead roach. The other issue was Parking, since there are a lot of workers staying there with big truck they would take multiple parking.

Location and clean

Our outlets in the restroom and room were not working , ac made some funny sounds throughout the night
