Awful smell in elevators, hallways, and room/bathroom. Obviously nothing has been cleaned in a very long time. Mattresses were so uncomfortable-had deep dents in them

Nice area, felt safe, nice looking lobby and breakfast area.

$75 per dog fee. Ended up paying $150 extra for 3 nights ($620 total for a weekend) because I traveled with 2 small dogs. Most hotels cap the fee at $75. The elevators were constantly wet. The shower leaked. Curtain rod was installed upside down so shower curtain kept falling open. Exhaust vent in bathroom didn’t work. Unable to get ahold of front desk in early mornings.

The front desk staff were very responsive and nice. Responded to any issue we had right away.

I wish they had more of a breakfast spread. It was pretty much cereals, yogurt, waffles, and hard boiled eggs with a few other things.

I liked that you can check in late. We checked in at 3am. I did ask if they could hold our luggage for an hour and the staff was happily accepted. We didn’t end up using this service but I’m glad they offer it.

The room was tiny. No counter space in bathroom. Closet was not functional. The bar/hangers were at the bottom half so you could only hand infant close if you wanted to with the 3 hangers they provide. Only 4 drawers, two others were glued shut. Windows did not provide any ventilation- only opened 4 inches and no screen so we got flies. This hotel also doesn’t have any cots. Not family friendly at all. No hair dryer. No plug near the floor mirror so if more than one person needs to use a mirror to do hair you will struggle. The mattress was coned in the center, not comfortable. Bedding was good. Pillows were good too. The hotel itself was one large building with only two elevators. The elevators were not programmed to operate at best efficiency so the wait in the morning was long, everyone was waiting for one elevator. The breakfast was good however the dining area doesn’t accommodate the size of the hotel so you take the food back to your room and there isn’t space to eat in your room if you came with more than one person. Not family friendly. The last day we called for towels and we’re told they ran out. They said it would about 45m to get some. It was 9am. Checkout is at 11. We are a family of 4. They offered hand towels and then said they would call maintenance to see what they can do. I told them to bring me 7 hand towels if they couldn’t bring body towels. They ended up bringing the body towels luckily. Note that there isn’t enough space in the bathroom to hand your towels to dry so you end up having to need more if you are a family. We didn’t use the pool though we observed staff cleaning it one morning.
