Everything was great, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.
The only thing I didn’t like was the toilet paper was far away from the toilet.

All the staff members were friendly and welcoming, plus they were good to answer our questions. In addition, our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well stocked with towels and toiletries.
The location was not the best for us. We thought the hotel was closer to our destination but it was not.

Conveniently located. Extremely friendly staff!
Considering the elevator was out of order and our room was on the 2nd floor we found this slightly annoying as we are in our seventies. And while climbing the stairs aren’t a problem slupping luggage and belongings up was very inconvenient.

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The shower in the bathroom was filthy (we cleaned it ourselves, sink area still had hair and dirt in it, the comforter in the closet that we used for the pull out sofa had a blood stain on it, and the pool was absolutely atrocious with food and unknown bits floating in it.
