Breakfast was great. Pool and game rooms were a nice bonus, although we wished the pool was bigger. Customer service was great.
Very damp throughout the hotel. There appeared to be a dehumidifier in the hall that worked well for a small section, but there need to be more. Or dehumidifiers in the rooms. Our items hung to dry near the bathroom stayed thoroughly wet the air was so humid, even with the fan running, and items we left on the carpeted floor near the window got wet - not even sure how that is possible unless the AC was leaking along the floor....

Great staff, clean, cool room
Other visitors let their children run and scream all morning through the breakfast area and lobby

Was in a convenient location
Still when booking it shows FREE Noah’s ark tickets and FREE Chula Vista but when we got there I was told they were $20 each. I had even called before hand to ask about the tickets to make sure they were included and I was told yes. Only reason I agreed to booking this place but was lied to about the tickets being included which was actually kind of sad

"The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spotless and modern, and the pools were the best ever! I especially liked the deal of getting free tickets to waterparks!! Thank you!"
