Location was ok as we chose to be relatively close to the port. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked great. Really was happy to see a refrigerator in our room and there was access to a microwave in the breakfast room.
The pool water looked like it could be just a bit cleaner . However, it was warm and refreshing.. The breakfast was a disappointment since there was no fruit as promised as part of the breakfast.

The bed was super comfortable and the staff was wonderful and helpful!
The walls were extremely thin and we could hear almost everything from other rooms and outside the door

The staff were very nice and professional, I like that we get a deposit back after checkout, pool, close to restaurants and fun places for the children, and the massage chairs in the lobby🥴
I don't like the visitor policy, whoever is cleaning the rooms are not doing a good job, the tub was dirty, you can tell they didn't mop the floors, I was most upset that they don't have breakfast.

I stay here plenty and this room I was in was blazing hot. The ac unit panels was not on . Could see outside Around ac. The sheets and duvet stained bad. And tub bottom portion stained and was oily feeling. Clean rooms better
Clean rooms better and have a better breakfast
