The front office staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was not clean. There was black hair left in the drain (None of us have black hair) and crusty mildew all around the shower doors. Room smelled musty and if you are not on the top floor the noise from the person above you is almost unbearable. Kept us away all night. The hallway carpets are nasty and there was garbage left in the hallway for a full 4 days outside of the room beside us.

Kristen at the front desk was amazing. She is the main reason that if we come back into Minot we will stay at this hotel. She was kind and wonderful explaining where something was at and if we needed anything she was ready to get it. The manager the next day was very nice and very pleasant. They did amazing job with all that came.

I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't like about the hotel. It had great stuff great food and a great location. I have no complaints with this hotel and in fact would tell other people to stay at this hotel.

Modern, quiet. Breakfast was great.

Parking lot, unkempt, icy, no lines for parking, cars parked in disorder. Room was not as advertised. Reserved a king suite, checked into queen room. Moved. Charged more. Door latch would not work with card keys. Overcharged, underwhelmed...

The location is amazing and the staff was so friendly. the large kitchen set up was so nice and everything was very clean. i would highly recommend this place, and I plan to stay their again.

the only thing is that I wish they had the coffee pouches in the room. We had to ask at the desk and that was so inconvenient. coffee first thing upon waking is a good start to the day! or I wish they had alerted us to that fact, maybe we would have asked right at check-in. Plus one pouch at a time or getting dressed to go down and ask for coffee or get when you have breakfast.

They found our laundry bag and called us about it. They promised to mail it to our home. It never arrived.

They put us in a handicap room that was as far away as you could get from the entrance for one night.
