When booking there was nothing stating we were to pay for parking. Was told at ck. In we would be contacted in ref. To this. Nevere was & sure enough the fees were chgd. To card!

The location was very good. The room was charming and very close to the beach, just few steps from the boardwalk and the beach. A nice place for "people watching". The little one of 4 really enjoyed his "people watching" time. The room is exactly as in the pictures. Small but comfortable. The bathroom very small but totally acceptable for beach goers.

no dislikes. Don't expect 5 star facilities. It's a great stay for a family with kids.

Excellent location to the beach. Rooms were good size and clean, a typical Florida beach motel Full kitchens in each room, some with full ranges, some with large refrigerators Bathrooms were clean with good showers All had king size beds that were adequate in comfort

We had 4 rooms. AC was a wall unit in room 8 while adjustable went on for 1 minute then off all night. So it did not cool effectively. TV in room 7 would not go on. Cable box switched On/Off but could not get the TV to switch On. TV in room 9 had no remote Office closes at 6PM so any minor issues get resolved the next morning Careful there is a $25 resort fee that is published on the booking site in addition to the room rate and a separate $10 parking fee

after being told after months of booking in advance my room was not ready and I had to move which was very inconvienent since we wanted to go on the beach for the day, the room was being sprayed for a termite problem and facilities were over booked after being assured that I would be refunded one night of my stay plus all fees, I agreed to move and was accomadating to the inconvenience , I was told that booking had to send it to me and it would take a week or so or better yet just credit the credit card you have on file ending in 4624 thanks

Location to the beach is excellent. My 2nd room better than my 1st room.

Place is old. Needs some serious renovation. First bathroom had large sheets of painted plaster ready to fall. That was rm 8. Kitchen in 8 only had 2 of each plate and utensils etc. Again rooms, grounds and outside furniture need upgrading. Housekeeping lady and the 2 office people very nice.

We had a great time at the Dolphin. The place was clean, cozy, and close to the beach, which was across the street. The staff was helpful and the grounds were clean. I would go back again!

The WiFi and internet was really bad. I’m not sure why, maybe it’s because the building is older. otherwise, that’s my only complaint.

Rooms are simple, but are clean and comfortable with a common garden area. The best here is a location - 20 meters from the Boardwalk and the ocean.

The location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach. Very cute room! Kitchen area was a bonus! Beautiful view from the chairs outside our room.

A!!Set up very nicely. Roomy bathroom & shower. Easy TV to navigate. Nice beds. A whole dine in kitchen, wow!!! Compared to where we had just spent the last 9 nights of a 10 night stay, at this room was day & night far above!!!
