The restaurant was excellent.
They need to focus on more detailed cleaning. The ceiling fan was full of dust. The fabric couch in front of our bed needed to be replaced. A rustic look is fine but make sure the couches are cleaned. The doors need to be adjusted so they close properly. The overall vibe was fine and the restaurant food and drinks were excellent.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. Parking was convenient.
The outside surroundings seem a little run down and not particularly inviting. I was disappointed that the entire town basically shut down by 8 pm. We were not able to get an affordable bite to eat. We were just staying one night on our way to another location for a retreat and were hoping to have a nice evening in Boerne, but everything was closed. Even the porch furniture was dirty and dusty, but inside the room was great.

Very quaint, with adorable cottage type buildings. Walk ways and gardens were beautiful. Also very easy access to your vehicle, and free parking.
The rooms were very dimly lit. Our thermostat had a black screen, so I was unable to see what temp it was on. The door to the room had a huge crack between the top of the door and the casement.
The tv would not turn on and after ten pm no one man’s the desk to call and tell them.
But the real kicker is the amount of roaches on the porch. I was sitting with a friend on front porch catching up and we counted 7 roaches running around. And just to add there is not a mini fridge in the room. So forget left overs or any drinks you wanted.
