The room was nice, the maid staff was friendly. Value was on point. Pool was alright.

The desk staff was rude and incompetent. Specifically, during our stay there were several instances where other customers were smoking marijuana and possibly other drugs. It is illegal to do so however the staff constantly denied any notion that they could take care of the problem despite the fact that my girlfriend had significant health issues due to the smoke in the hallway and seeping into the room under the door. We argued with the staff about it and they claimed that we went into it knowing this was the case and we should suck it up. The hotel offers smoking and non-smoking but just because there are smoking rooms doesn't mean I have consented to a hotboxed hotel.

Breakfast is cereal and muffins. My room smelled like smoke but due to double booking there wasn't another room to put me in. To my surprise after checking out, they then tried to charge me 250 for the smoke smell despite me receiving the room as such . Now I can't stay there anymore despite staying there probably 20 times prior with no issue

The staff went out of their way to put me in a first floor room. They actually upgraded me to make this happen, with no extra charge.

Some of the lights didn't work. The toilet paper dispenser was not set up in the bathroom.

Friendly staff.

Facilities a bit run down. Some lights didnt work and shower faucet stuck. Breakfast minimal.

I enjoyed how friendly the front desk staff especially the lady who checked us in.

The hot tub was at the perfect temperature for all ages. The pool was way too cold was not able to swim at all because of this. So thankfully the hot tub was set at a Low temp for my children from 2 years to 12

Location was great. High accesibility to food and leisure activities.

There was blood on the walls and on the sheets when we checked in. No toilet paper in the bathroom. But, it was better than the last stay, when they hadn't even cleaned our room before we got there.
