The woman who worked nights at the registration desk was fabulous! Full of info and soo helpful, especially since we arrived late and were tired. She was so accommodating and welcoming!

the elevators were slow (where are the stairs?), the AC units were loud and there was a weird exhaust smell that came in the room both mornings. Bar was closed too early. Looking a little worn. Other Graduate Hotels I have stayed are a much more updated and newer looking.

Location, decor, parking, cleanliness, staff and comfort. All amazing, thank you!

We weren’t able to buy toiletries (ie q-tips)

decor is great, room is comfortable and clean, location is great, easy access to PSU campus and restaurants/town

it was all great. entrance to building is underwhelming but interior is great

Parking spaces were too small and not monitored per guest, as some cars were taking up two spaces on purpose therefore got away with it, air conditioning in the room did not run constant and was too hot in the room, the shower did not have a door and the water ran everywhere on the floor with the curtain, there was very little counter space on the sink for our personal items, a lot of dead space in the bathroom, which was an overall poorly functional design. The window curtain did not close all the way to provide room darkening for us, which was also a negative.
