I couldn’t stay cause of the card I was using so if you have chime don’t book this hotel they could have at least not let me book it . And authorized my card for the full amount and I couldn’t check in .

There was a lady dressed like she was a guest with a pick shirt and shorts. The way she was acting and talking seemed like she was the manager. The power all over Memphis was out and we booked the room online and I always stay with Laquinta because I have dogs. I literally checked in and paid the animal fee and this lady as I’m going into the room told me basically I couldn’t stay there because of my dogs. I literally STAY AT LAQUINTA ALL THE TIME OUT OF TOWN AND WITH THESE SAME DOGS! We had no power which means NO AC! Waited in my car and the AC went out in that too from 7am to 1pm to check in and this lady ruined the whole day. We went to west Memphis and stayed at that LAQUINTA and it was AMAZING AND EXCELLENT ! The manager was amazing in west Memphis LAQUINTA! Thank you for NOTHING. Also took me 13days to get my REFUND!

Pool was closed!!! The whole reason we booked was for the pool!!! 3 nights wasted!

They had some kind of computer problem and refused to honor any bookings from anyone. the parking lot was empty and the guy at the counter was telling everyone they were booked solid... yet I had a reservation conformation in my hand.... he told us we would have to book elsewhere; then we discovered that all the hotels within a 50 mile radius were booked. We had already drove 14 hours to get to this location. So frusturated and very awake at that point. We drove the second half of the trip which was 10 more hour trip home with stopping at a rest stop for a short sleep. We were traveling in 2 cars. They live in a different state than me so we had to go different directions to get to our homes. I am a 57 yr old widow and was driving alone.... so not happy with this hotel. They never informed me that there was a problem until we arrived at the hotel around 10pm. Believe me I have been watching my account very closely and they never took anything out, for which I am thankful for.

The sheets had not been changed (hair and trash), couldn’t hang up clothes, the bar was broken the the hangers were on the floor. The staff was not helpful, no manager on duty. They only gave us the sheets to change ourselves. The water would not go out while taking a shower, the tub would fill up when showering.
