Gute Lage und nah an Charlotte

Es hat sehr muffig und nach Rauch gerochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen. War nicht ganz sauber.

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and clean, anytime I needed anything the staff were prompt at getting whatever it was I needed.

Breakfast ends at 9am, personally I think it should be from 6am - 10am , not a big issue though.

The breakfast was yummy and great options, location was perfect and the front desk ladies were very helpful. However, my son who stayed in room 227 had bed bug bites everywhere the first night we stayed. We asked to get moved to a separate room as I wan not going to let him stay in there and I was quickly moved within 20 minutes. The new room was dirty and the Tub was not washed. So I went to Walmart and purchased Clorox to clean it myself. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of booking a different hotel so we stayed. But I will not be returning for anymore future soccer tournaments.

The room was clean and the facilities were in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was of a good standard, providing something for everyone. Checkin and checkout were fast and efficient,

Location was ideal

I was pleasantly “upgraded” to a suite upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was an event the night I stayed with a religious group who chanted, clapped, and celebrated while i tried to fall asleep at night in the conference event space which was my wall neighbor. When I told the front desk they said “Aw, sorry.”

Great location, central to a lot of amenities. Safe area. Well lit parking lot. The room was a very nice size.

The room was dirty and still had trash in the trashcans. The sink was filthy and had coffee grounds in it. The floors did not appear freshly vacuumed. At first, I thought may it was not serviced, but the bed was fully made and clean and the towels were fresh.
