Great place and we'll be back.

Dinner was great and service was awesome.Nice having a restaurant and bar so close to our room.

The staff was over the top. Don was so accommodating and staff at the front desk.

The breakfast had many choices for adults and children. Well prepared and presented. Lots of choices, and the staff was very accommodating. Wonderful pool area and the setting near the river was wonderful.

The only thing I noticed in the pool area was that the surface around the pool was slippery when wet, I almost slipped getting out of the pool and caught myself on the handrail.

My husband grew up in Hamilton, so it was fun reminiscing with him.

Love the Bitterroot River Inn

We were told there would be cookies at 7pm but never saw them so we were disappointed.

Good

It was very pretty. The view out the window from our room was absolutely amazing.

I didnt like how dirty it was. The pool had no towels. There was garbage and clothes all over in the pool room. Sat in the hot tub for maybe 5 minutes and got out. There was hair, hay, dirt in the hottub and the floor was gross. . It was absolutely disgusting down in the pool room.

Great looking hotel and very clean. I have never seen a hotel so clean before. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

I liked everything, I can't not say anything bad about this hotel.

WELCOMING AND COMFORTABLE STAY

Welcoming and friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. loved the river walking path nearby.

Very friendly staff. He brought out the free cookies just as we walked by. Breakfast was good. Good location.

Its a little pricey but good quality and cleaner then the other hotels in Hamilton

The breakfast was great, a lot of variety, and nutritious. Eggs cooked just right and sausage tasty and not greasy.

Nothing to dislike.

Need to pick your game up...place use to be pretty good. Chairs in room uncomfortable. Shampoo was a used bottle 1/2 gone. Breakfast bar ...juice machine not working no biscuits...everyone coming in wanted biscuits. These are easy things that should have been taken care of.

Overall the stay @ the hotel was amazing and the staff were the most accommodating! which is so greatly appreciated. Boo

The property is beautiful, rooms are amazing and it’s so convenient that the pool and spa is open 24/7. Really nice to be able to go down and access it when no one else is in there!

The miscommunication between the property and (booking.com online agent) helping me with extending my stay @ the property. Don @ the property asked Carlos to call him back in 30 minutes because he was checking in people & had people on the phone on hold; Carlos never called him back therefore causing us a whole mess of issues extending our stay which was inconvenient, cost us more money and we ended up having to switch rooms (WAS NOT HAPPY)

The hotel was nicely located. Good Breakfast. Restaurant next door good for diner.

staff was very nice and friendly. we needed to extend the stay by a day due to weather and they were quite accommodating.

I opted to upgrade to a suite. Was a total waste of money.

The location was beautiful and the staff was so friendly. This was one of the nicest stays I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, too!
